It’s less expensive than creating new aggregate mixes every time because it’s so easy to recycle and it’s good for the environment because it’s excavated from old roads, driveways and parking lots, to name a few. This eliminates the need to discard old asphalt in our landfills, which unfortunately remains in the landfills forever if not recycled.
